2013 Projects

I've been compiling my 2013 project list for several weeks now. I can't believe how many projects I have in my queue already, but that means I'm looking forward to a very creative and crafty 2013!

One of my main goals of 2013 is to revamp my house with as little money as possible. I've been in my house for almost 4 years now, and I think it needs a little sprucing up. I've spent the last few weeks cleaning and organizing my downstairs, so I decided to start with that and work my way up.

My kitchen is pretty much done, so I'll be focusing most of my energy on my living room, especially since it is the first room people see when they walk into my home. Below are the first four projects I am getting ready to tackle.

1. cross-stitch wall art   2. paper hearts  3. granny square pillow  4. book page heart wreath (Etsy)

The cross-stitch wall art is definitely my most ambitious of the four projects. I am not bold enough to paint directly on my wall, so I bought a canvas to paint on. That way if I make a mistake I can start over again. :)

You can find all of my 2013 projects on my project page on the left sidebar, unless they are birthday or Christmas presents. Those I'll be keeping hidden!

  1. Really love the paper hearts garland. Have been wanting to make some of those too.
