    That is so cute! My cousin runs a boutique donut shop in Chicago, but, living in Houston, I haven't been able to try them yet, but I would love to try one of his bourbon vanilla donuts.     I squeaked when I saw that doughnut in the thumbnail, oh my goodness cute!!!

    My favourite doughnuts are French crullers (the ones that look like tractor tires). So so so delicious!

    A favorite donut? Seriously? Any donut I allow myself to eat is my favorite! Vanilla kreme tops the list, though thankfully Dunkin' Donuts doesn't seem to make them very often any more.

    My 5 year old's favorite is strawberry frosted with jimmies. Convenient!

    It really depends I guess: On the farmer's market there was a stall that sold potato donuts that were amazing! Really amazing.
    In Canada I was partial to apple friter donuts and honey cruller from Tim hortons. In Chile I like the donuts stuffed with manjar.

    My favourite doughnuts are just simple rings with icing - no filling, no special sprinkles just lots of doughnutty yummyness. Not half as pretty to craft as your beautiful doughnut though!

    I love warm sugar and cinnamon donuts. Or apple ones - donuts with diced apples in them. They are nice warm too but are fine cold too.

    I am a Doughnut purist - Just fresh with cinnamon and fine white sugar. All the better if it is still warm from the cooker. Even as an adult I still love to watch the dough drop into the oil and then get flipped and climb up the conveyor and drop into the dish ready to eat. mmm hungry now
