Crocheting:
Currently working on a swatch for a Christmas present. Yes, I am starting my Christmas presents already! It is also for my Nerd Wars dissertation. Nerd Wars is a really fun 3 month long knit/crochet competition on Ravelry, and the dissertation is a large project that is worth a lot of points for your Nerd Wars team. This is going to help get my creative butt in gear. Oh, and I nailed my swatch on the first try. Yay!
Reading:
A reference book for my JunoWrimo challenge, Writing and Selling Your Mystery Novel by Hallie Ephron. I'm really enjoying this book and learning a ton about mystery novels. I also love that it has worksheets for every chapter to get your story, characters, and outline in order. I really need that!
